Today is...a day of disaster.

I'm not a good first aider.
I came across this elderly casualty without reaching out my hand.
His upper torso is bleeding.
He is conscious.
He is straggling.
He's relative is right beside him crying.
There is no other 1st aider.
Ambulance is yet to arrive.


I'm not a good son either.
i cheated my mum.
how how how bad am I.

I hate the me today.
